A Georgian style mahogany four-door breakfront bookcase. This piece has beautifully figured veneers with satinwood banding and ebony and boxwood inlay. The top doors with astragal glazing open to reveal three levels of glass shelves that can be altered in height. The bottom section comprises of two doors and eight drawers. The drawers with elegant brass handles and all doors with high quality locks. A fantastic piece produced in the 20th century.
